I am currently pursuing my lifelong dream of becoming a home birth midwife while attending midwifery school. When I’m not supporting families, I’m soaking up time with my two beautiful daughters and my college sweetheart, who continues to be my rock. I draw endless inspiration from the love of Jesus and the grace He offers each of us.

Hi, I’m Tlor, d I’m so hord ou’r here.

The journey to changing my business name to Olivet Birthwork came through a deeply personal and spiritual experience. While reading the Bible, I found myself in the book of Luke, where Mount Olivet is referenced as a place where Jesus went to pray and where He ascended into heaven. In that moment, I felt God clearly tell me that this name was meant for my "child"—though I soon realized He was referring to the child of my calling: my birthwork business.

I knew it was time to shift from a name rooted in new-age themes to one firmly centered in Christ. Olivet means "peace-filled," reflecting the atmosphere I strive to create for every family I serve—a space where God’s presence is felt, and peace abounds. Just as Mount Olivet symbolizes being close to the Lord, I believe birth is one of life’s most sacred moments, where we are uniquely near to God. My calling is to support families through Christ-centered care, fostering peace, strength, and faith in every birth journey. And I believe the name Olivet encompasses this calling perfectly.
